Bringing the Classroom to the Community
Campus Calgary Open Minds offer students hands-on learning that occurs beyond the four walls of a school. These one-week programs connects our students to experts and gives students experiences that bring education to life.
This experience gives students a clearer idea of the role they play in the world around them. The program helps foster attitudes and understandings of cultural awareness, civic pride, community responsibility, and stewardship.
Once back in the classroom, students apply their understandings beyond their local setting to national and global communities.

Annual contributions to this program from community and education is in excess of $1.4 million dollars.
