ALP/PLP Sports Day a Hit at Robert Thirsk High School

​Robert Thirsk High School was proud to host the first annual Adapted Learning Program/Paced Learning Program (ALP/PLP) Sports Day on Jan. 21! More than 100 students from the ALP/PLP programs at Bowness, Nelson Mandela, James Fowler, and Robert Thirsk high schools came out to take part in the fun!

The students started the morning with gym games and obstacle courses then had lunch together. After lunch, the students all got a t-shirt and were broken up into teams to play in a multi-court basketball tournament. The day was active, fun, and full of smiles! The staff and students at Robert Thirsk can’t wait for next year’s event!!!
