Celebrate the First Day of School with the CBE

CALGARY — Schools following the Calgary Board of Education Traditional Calendar will open for the first day of school of the 2016-17 school year on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016.

Media are invited for a photo and interview opportunity at Copperfield School, one of the new CBE schools opening this year.

Copperfield School is a K – 4 school with a capacity of 600, serving the community of Copperfield.

Principal Pattie Ann Swain and students will be available for interviews before their school day starts.
