Congratulations to Calgary Bridge Foundation for Youth (CBFY) and 16 CBE Youth Achievement Award Winners

Jan. 26, 2021

2020 marks the 30th anniversary of the Calgary Bridge Foundation for Youth (CBFY), an organization that has been instrumental in helping immigrant and refugee children and youths and their families adjust to life in Calgary. CBFY offers programs that help develop immigrant youth’s personal, social and emotional skills, resulting in many lasting friendships, while helping them settle into life in Canada.

CBFY has been an integral adjunct when welcoming and registering families to the Calgary Board of Education. We wish to thank them for the invaluable work and support they provide our CBE youth.

Please join Chief Superintendent, Christopher Usih in congratulating the 16 students, from five CBE high schools, who have received a 2020 CBFY Youth Achievement Scholarship Award.
