Jack James Preschool Received Minister’s Award of Excellence in Child Development

Congratulations to the Jack James Preschool, 2022 recipient of the Minister's Award of Excellence in Child Development.

The award recognizes the important work of certified early childhood educators and providers working in licensed childcare programs who make life better for children and families across Alberta.

Jack James High School students in the workplace practicum program work in the community preschool with children 3 - 4 years of age. The students complete this practicum program with their Level 1 Childcare Certification.


​ Program teacher Ms. Elia, was invited to legislature to meet with the Minister of Children Services, Rebecca Schulz, to re​ceive this award.
