Update | Transportation Delays Expected on Tuesday, Jan. 16
Due
to mechanical issues related to the recent extreme weather, our transportation
service providers may experience bus shortages or delays tomorrow, impacting
transportation to and from school. Families should be prepared for
transportation delays and follow route information on our transportation
service providers' apps
Update | At this time transportation providers have determined buses will run on Friday, Jan.12.
Schools will be open and families should still be prepared for weather conditions and transportation delays.

If your child will not be attending classes please ensure you contact your school's attendance line to report the absence.
The extreme cold weather forecast for the remainder of the week will make travelling to and from school more challenging for families. Families are reminded that extra caution should be taken during the winter months and periods of extreme weather.
CBE Schools Rarely Close Due to Snow or Cold Temperatures
We anticipate that all CBE schools will remain open to provide a safe, warm and secure environment for students.
Assume that schools are open unless you hear otherwise from your school. Information regarding any school closures due to weather will be posted on the CBE website and
social media, and shared with local news media.
Potential Transportation Delays and Cancellations
Yellow bus providers have confirmed that buses will run on Thursday, Jan. 11. Providers will monitor weather and road conditions tomorrow to determine if buses will run on Friday, Jan. 12.
We will communicate with families later in the day tomorrow and information will be posted on our website and social media channels.
