Fee Payment Options
CBE offers flexible payments options to parents. You can choose how and when to pay your fees:
- Online – pay with your credit card through
MyCBE.
- If you are unable to make your payments online, your child’s current or previous school will be able to accept debit/credit card payments at the school.
- Apply for a
waiver.
Security | to protect your personal and financial information, we do
not accept credit card information over the phone, by fax or by mail.
Pay Online with MyCBE
You can pay all school fees online using your
MyCBE account. Paying online is quick and easy. Online fee payment offers flexibility in payment methods, convenience, and real-time information on payments including receipts and statements.
Getting Started
To create a MyCBE account, go to
www.cbe.ab.ca/mycbe to create your account, and add your child using their CBE student ID. After you create your account, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are missing information, contact your child’s school.

Finding and Paying Fees in MyCBE
Sign in to MyCBE and click on the
Fees, Waivers & Service Registration application.
- Select the child’s name to see a list of school fees (and to register for paid services like Transportation and Lunch Supervision).
- Check the fees to add them to your payment cart. Select all fees you want to pay now.
- Repeat for each child in your account.
- Click the cart to see a summary of the charges, payment options and payment methods.
- Select partial payment if you are unable to make a full payment (or deselect some items).
- Enter your payment method (Credit Card) and click Submit Payment.
- You will be taken to a confirmation screen and receive a payment confirmation by email.
Unable to Pay: a Central Waiver is available for families who can’t afford to pay school fees. Look for the Central Fee Waiver Application under your child’s name in the application. To learn more, visit

Pay In-Person at a School
CBE preferred method of payments is online. If you are unable to make your payments in
MyCBE, your child’s school will be able to accept debit/credit card payments at the school. If your child is no longer enrolled at a CBE school, you can pay at any CBE school. See our
School Directory.
Debit and Credit card payments will
not be accepted at the CBE Education Centre main office.
Pay by Mail
Online or at school payments are preferred over mailed in payments. However, if necessary, you may mail in your documents and cheque payment. For prompt and accurate application of payment, make sure that the student’s name and ID number are included with payment.
Never mail cash or credit card information.
