CBE has replaced the Employee Password Tool with the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) Tool. The SSPR lets you reset and manage your CBE password or passphrase securely online, whenever you need to. It uses secure methods to verify your identity and protect your information.

Self-Service Password Reset Setup
Microsoft will ask you to set up one, or both recovery options so you can reset your password later.
Phone (default option)
You can receive a code by:

Once verified, Microsoft confirms your recovery method is setup.
Personal Email (recommended option)
You can choose to set up a personal email recovery:

Only part of your recovery info will be visible — for example, just the last two digits of your phone number. This keeps your information private and secure.
