Bringing the Classroom to the Community

Campus Calgary / Open Minds offers students hands-on learning that occurs beyond the four walls of a school.  These one-week programs connect students to experts and gives them real-life experiences.

This program gives students a clearer idea of the role they play in the world around them and helps foster attitudes and understandings of cultural awareness, civic pride, community responsibility and stewardship. Visit Campus Calgary / Open Minds website to learn more about this exciting program.

Once back in the classroom, students apply their understanding beyond their local setting to national and global communities.
