Complete the steps below if your organization has a program, service or resource that will support or enhance student learning in a school, during the school day.
It can take up to six months to get an agreement in place, depending on the complexity of the partnership. Please start the process well in advance of when you plan to start delivering programming.
Submit Your Partnership Proposal
Step 1 — Complete the Form
Complete and submit the Partnership Proposal Form with information about your program, service or resource.
Step 2 — Initial Review
The CBE reviews your proposal and contacts you if additional information or clarification is needed.
Step 3 — Committee Review
The proposal is reviewed by the appropriate CBE committee, which may approve, decline or request additional information.
Step 4 — Confirm Details
If approved, the CBE and partner confirm the partnership details, including responsibilities, timelines and reporting requirements.
Step 5 — Sign the Agreement
Complete the partnership agreement and submit the required documents, including an insurance certificate and any other supporting documentation.
