2026-2027 Transportation Registration Now Underway
Registration for the 2026-2027 school year began on May 13 in MyCBE.
Registrations must be received by June 14, 2026 to ensure students are added to routes for the first day of classes next year. Late registration will continue to be received but will result in a delay in access to the bus route.
If you're unable to register through MyCBE, you can complete and submit the relevant form to apply for bus service or for a conditional rider:

Transportation is an annual service that can be paid monthly. Families are not able to register for only certain months ahead of time. Once registered, service continues until a cancellation is submitted, even if the student doesn't ride the bus every day.
Fees cover the costs of providing safe, reliable, efficient, and sustainable bus transportation services for students. These fees ensure that the cost of busing and other transportation services is not taken from the funding allocated for classroom teaching and learning.

Eligibility
Transportation (big yellow school bus) is available to students who meet all of these criteria:
- Attend their designated regular program or alternative program school
- Live beyond the school walk zone, based on their primary address in the student information system
- Are assigned to general transportation (all high school students and some Grade 6 to 9 students are assigned to Calgary Transit)
Cancellations
Requests are completed through MyCBE.
Families have until Sept. 30 to cancel transportation services without any fee being charged. Cancellations for the rest of the year must be received within 30 days of the last day service was used. Transportation fees will continue to be charged until a cancellation is received, regardless of usage. Prorated refunds are only issued based on future months.
