The application deadline for the 2021-2022 school year is Wednesday April 14, 2021

Teachers will find out acceptance / non-acceptance on Thursday May 6, 2021

Applications for the 2021-22 school year will be available by the end of February 2021.

There are two parts to the application: step one is a completed google form and step two is the submission of a letter of intent and year-long inquiry plan.

Letter of Intent: This will introduce yourself (including any previous CC/OM experience), your students (including any previous CC/OM experiences that you know about), your school community, your passion and understanding for your chosen site(s), as well as explain why CC/OM. Please explain who are you and what your year ahead will look like with your CC/OM week as a catalyst for year-long inquiry.

Year-Long Interdisciplinary Inquiry Plan: This will explain your year-long interdisciplinary study, based around a big idea or question using the lens of the site as a focus.  This big idea or inquiry question will be the framework for your year-long plan.
