Summer School Welcome to Summer School

Welcome to Summer School

The CBE has summer school opportunities for current CBE high school students. In summer school, students can:

  • Take one core or option course, either in-person or online

  • Gain valuable work experience while earning credits with Summer Off-Campus

We look forward to seeing you in 2026!

Registration

Registration details will be provided by your current high school counsellor or junior high school administrator in April 2026. Families will be notified by email the week of June 1 - 5, 2026, as to whether or not they have been enrolled. Students may register for a maximum of one course for Summer School.

Due to limited space and resources, only the following students are permitted to register with the CBE for Summer School 2026:

  • Current CBE students in Grades 10 - 12
  • Current CBE students in Grade 9 can only register in Mathematics 15

We have no capacity to register non-CBE students. Please go to the Alberta Online Learning website for online summer school options.
