On June 24, 2025, the Calgary Board of Education Board of Trustees ratified a collective agreement with the CBE Staff Association following ratification by members on June 20-22.
This new four-year collective agreement expires on Aug. 31, 2028.
This agreement covers approximately 5,700 CBE employees in critical areas, including roles such as lunch supervisors, education assistants, IT analysts, administrative assistants and psychologists.
