The CBE can assist parents and students with technical issues that arise while learning from home. Parents of kindergarten to Grade 9 students or students in Grades 10-12 can call or email requests for assistance with CBE supported technology.
This service is a temporary service available during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hours of operation will be Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays).

Parent Technical Support can assist with student account and password requests. Please have either your student’s CBE ID number or Alberta Student Number available.
