What Is It?

The CBE can assist students and parents with technical issues that arise while learning from home.  Parents of kindergarten to Grade 9 students or students in Grades 10-12 can call or email requests for assistance with CBE supported technology.​

What Kind of Support is Pro​vided?

  • Student Account Password Reset (please have your student’s ID number or Alberta Student Number available)
  • CBE network performance or connection issues
  • Workstation issues with the microphone, camera, etc.

What Kind of Support is NOT Provided:

  • Internet router issues (you will be referred to your Internet Service Provider)
  • Software installs or updates on non-CBE workstations 
  • MyCBE PowerSchool login issues (you will be referred to the Parent Account Help Line:  403-817-6373)
