What Is It?
The CBE can assist students and parents with technical issues that arise while learning from home. Parents of kindergarten to Grade 9 students or students in Grades 10-12 can call or email requests for assistance with CBE supported technology.
What Kind of Support is Provided?
Student Account Password Reset (please have your student’s ID number or Alberta Student Number available)
CBE network performance or connection issues
Workstation issues with the microphone, camera, etc.
What Kind of Support is NOT Provided:
Internet router issues (you will be referred to your Internet Service Provider)
Software installs or updates on non-CBE workstations
MyCBE login issues (you will be referred to the Parent Account Help Line: 403-817-6373)

Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Callers who do not reach an agent directly may hold for assistance or leave a message for call back support.
