Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The admissions office is open year-round except for the first two weeks in July,
winter break and spring break. The
parent/legal guardian must accompany the student when registering.
Application Checklist
Please bring the following to your appointment:

Bring your child (Grades 1-12)

Proof of residence in the city of Calgary (please bring one of the following):
- Driver’s licence, municipal / federal correspondence, financial/residential documents or a utility bill. Note: Catchment school may ask for more documentation.

Child’s birth certificate (includes parent names)

Proof of status in Canada (please submit one of the following for the parent and child):
- Confirmation of Permanent Residence document and Permanent Resident Card (if available)
- Visitor Record and Passport (student accompanying parent on work or study permit)
- Work Permit and Passport
- Study Permit and Passport
- If the parent is on a study permit the following additional documents are required:
- Parent letter of acceptance for post-secondary (must be provincially recognized and a minimum of two year full time diploma or degree or one year full time graduate or post-doctoral program);
- Parent proof of enrolment and tuition payment for program.
- Refugee Protection Claimant Document
- Diplomatic Card, Visa, Passport
- Parent only - Canadian Passport or Citizenship Card/Certificate or Canadian Birth Certificate
- Status Identification Card
Additional documentation may be required.

Child’s School Report Cards
- Any Individual Education Plan, Psychoeducational Assessment, and/or Medical Diagnosis Report.

Other relevant documentation involving Legal Guardianship: an Alberta Court Order.
