Learning Strategies 15-25-35 (LP1 & 2)

Support newcomer LP1* and LP2* students with valuable school skills and explicit English language instruction.​ 

​*For more information about Language Proficiency (LP1 and LP2), talk to your current high school counsellor.

  • Registration

    Registration details will be provided by your current high school counsellor or junior high school administrator in April 2026. Families will be notified by email the week of June 1 - 5, 2026, as to whether or not they have been enrolled. Students may register for a maximum of one course for Summer School. 

    Due to limited space and resources, only the following students are permitted to register with the CBE for Summer School 2026:
    • ​Current CBE students in Grades 10 - 12
    • Current CBE students in Grade 9 can only register in Mathematics 15​

    We have no capacity to register non-CBE students. Go to Alberta Online Learning for online summer school options.
