Registration Opens January 16, 2023

Unless the program is in lottery families are encouraged to complete the registration form by mid-March for school planning purposes.


Prior to starting the registration process​​ you will require the following information:

  • Proof of primary address:
    Where the child resides. It must include the parent / legal guardian / independent student name.
    Examples include: GST rebate, home or renters insurance, income tax statement, mortgage statement, property tax assessment or the Canada Revenue Agency letter
  • Child's proof of age, citizenship and legal name:
    Examples include: Alberta Birth Certificate, Canadian Birth Certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian Citizenship Card, Canadian Citizenship Certificate, Confirmation of Permanent Residence or the Canadian Certificate of Indian Status

Additional docum​​entation may​​ be required:

For programs in lottery, you must submit a completed registration form with required documents by the February lottery deadline.

The Calgary Board of Education continuously monitors enrolment numbers across our system of schools, if enrollment or registration requests exceeds capacity at any school or program it is possible a school's need for lottery could change.
