Whether you and your student are just starting kindergarten, returning to our schools for another year, or transferring in from another school system, we warmly welcome you to the Calgary Board of Education.

Our goal is for each student to be successful and learning to their full potential. We want students to feel a sense of excitement and anticipation before each day begins, and to be active and engaged in their own learning.

Our schools are welcoming, caring, respectful and safe learning environments where each child feels a sense of belonging. Even though we have more than 245 schools across the city, each one has developed a unique personality that focuses on the unique needs of its students and community.
