School Conference Booking
​

Dear Parents / Legal Guardians,

This message is to provide you with a reminder and additional information for booking Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences online.

Conference bookings began  Saturday, November 28 at 9:00 am. Conference  appointments may be made via your My CBE / PowerSchool Account.

Conference Dates and Times Available for Hub teachers:

  • Thursday, Dec. 3:  1 – 4:30 p.m. and  5:30 – 7:30 p.m. 
  • Friday, Dec. 4:   9 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  

Conferences will be 15 minutes in length for students in Grades 1-6 and 10 minutes in length for students in Grades 7-9.

You can find step-by-step instructions for booking and joining School Conferences in our Guide | Student Conferences. It is best to join a school conference from a computer or other home device like an iPad or laptop that has a mic and a video camera.
