CALGARY — Media are invited to join students, teachers and parents at Thomas B. Riley School as they shave their heads for the Kids Cancer Care Foundation today.
The school has raised $7500 for cancer research this year. In September, the school also had a staff member and four students cut off 10 inches of their hair and donate it to make wigs for cancer patients. This is all part of the school theme of Courage to Connect.
