Final Reminder - Hub Notice of Intent
If you would like your child to remain in Hub online learning or you have already submitted your notice of intent, please disregard this message.
Families / Independent Students wishing to move from Hub online learning back to in-person instruction need to inform their school by the end of this week. Please complete a notice of intent using your MyCBE/PowerSchool account by tomorrow at noon. Please refer to the Hub Notice of Intent support page for step-by-step instructions.
In joint custody situations, a child is only eligible to return to in-person instruction if all parents or guardians fully support this decision. If one or more of the child’s parents or guardians informs the school by noon on Jan. 8, 2021 that they do not agree with the child’s return to in-person instruction, the child will remain in Hub online learning.
If your child requires yellow school bus transportation, you must register by Jan. 8 using your MyCBE/PowerSchool account. This will ensure your child is added to an existing route. Students registering after this date will not be able to ride the bus until they are added. This process can take up to four weeks.
Students moving back to in-person instruction will begin at their school on Monday, Feb. 1, 2021. Families / independent students returning to in–person instruction will receive a communication from your school principal on Jan. 22 by 4 p.m. explaining transition support for returning students.
