Dear Parents / Legal Guardians,    

This message is to provide you with a reminder and additional information for booking Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences online. We also have an exciting free webinar opportunity to share with you. 

Conferences 

Conference bookings began Saturday, Mar 6 at 9:00 am.   Conference  appointments may be made via your My CBE / PowerSchool Account.  

Conference Dates and Times Available for Hub teachers:  

• Thursday, Mar 11:  1 – 4:30 p.m. and  5:30 – 7:30 p.m.   

• Friday, Mar 12:   9 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.    

Conferences will be 15 minutes in length for students in Grades 1-6 and 10 minutes in length for students in Grades 7-9.

It is best to join a school conference from a computer or other home device like an iPad or laptop that has a mic and a video camera.
