CALGARY — Woodlands School invites media to the unveiling of their Canada 150 Mosaic project.

Woodlands School is proud to have been selected to represent Calgary in the Canada 150 Mosaic Project. This exciting endeavor includes cities and communities from across Canada in a creative collaboration of one giant mosaic mural representing the heart of the nation.

400 small paintings designed and hand crafted by school students, staff, dignitaries and invited guests will be combined into an 8’ x 8’ community mosaic that will become part of the massive coast to coast unified Canada 150 National Mosaic Mural.

This project has been funded by the Woodlands School Council and a grant from the Federal Government.

Media are invited to attend the unveiling of Woodlands School’s completed mosaic.
