The successful candidate will be a strong leader, ambassador and promoter of the CBE and public education who is visible across the system and community.
The Board is working towards having a new Chief Superintendent in place by the next school year. Details about the transition period will be shared once they are confirmed.
The Board of Trustees thanks David Stevenson for his leadership and direction. His more than 40 years of service at the Calgary Board of Education has made a difference in the lives of countless students, staff and Calgary families. We wish him all the best in his retirement.
